Friday!! I don't know where this week went. It was a complete blur. After last weekend's wedding madness, I was a complete zombie for a of couple of days. Then I spent three days in a row making vet visits for the pooches and then session, session, homeschool, laundry, marketing...well, you get the picture. It has been oddly cool and rainy here. Like forever. I'm not even sure what month it is anymore. So, aside from client work, I have been huddled inside editing away and conducting the daily circus.
Anyway, I am scraping the bottom of the barrel to put together a post here, but here are my random sad photos from this week. It was all I could muster. I did get in the frame, which I am guilty of never doing. (I know one day I will be glad that I did, but oy! The images always make me cringe.) At least I made an effort though - even if they aren't frame-worthy. It is proof that I exist on this earth.
How about you? Do you ever get in the frame with your family? Or, do you hide behind the camera like me?
Thank you for visiting and linking up with us! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
I am rarely in our family photos. The selfie has made it a little easier and I am doing my best to get in the square more often.
Lovely photos. I almost never get in the frame!
I love that you captured these. Rarely do I even capture life anymore, let alone get in the frame. Sadly even Christmas & birthdays have been only captured on the phone & the camera is only picked up for work. I need to change that. Sometimes I get a creative bug & capture something inspirational & then the images sit on the computer- lost to the abiss- never touched, processed or thought about again. It's really sad.
You have had quite a full week- I hope there is a bit of relaxation in your sights. Love ya mama!
Are you kidding, the photos are perfect! Great job! I wish I could do it too but I'm lazy. I take selfies of us. :P
Heard that more of photographers who do it for a living, that weddings wipes them out! Take a rest and enjoy your family is a good thing:):) You must be the opposite of the ones who take a selfie any opportunity they get (rolling my eyes). From that last comment you can conclude, I'm more like you!
I am most definitely guilty of not getting in frame!
Sweet photos. Busy days are the best days!
Lovely photos - thank you for sharing and for providing the linkup!
