Happy Sunday my friends! We spent yesterday cleaning out closets and drawers. Ugh! The mess was horrific, but I think this house lost about 70 pounds of excess weight. We are doing some minor renovations and updates and we purchased a new couch and chair for the living room on Friday. Can't wait until they arrive this week! All that hauling and purging, though, has me worn out with a sore back. It will be well worth it though when we are better organized and free from all the excess "stuff." Nothing like a clean slate to make you feel like you can take on the world, right?
Here are a few pics from this week. I am so thankful for this little shadow of mine. My constant companion. So sweet she is, with fresh eyes on the world. I adore her! She helped me make a fruit salad and sampled a few berries. She's not sure she likes to eat them, but they are fun to play with ;)

That recipe sounded so good!! Those berries are making me hungry now too!
Love those berries...makes me long for summer.
New furniture sounds awesome! I could use some since my cat has been destructive around here. Love your little shadow. She is adorable, all the time!
I love her little star!
Oh now I can totally get on board with that. Yum- & your helper is just too adorable!
OMGoodness, she is so darn sweet!! Lovely photos.
Sweetest helper ever! And I'll go see your recipe too!
She's so precious and those berries look so good!!! I find it hard to get sweet berries during the winter time around here. If I do they always cost so much! Well worth the money though, my boys are addicted to berries.
Those berries look delish and love her hair!!
