Here's my rewind from last week.
I spent a lot of time editing pics from my engagement shoot. Love this sweet couple!

We hit the beach for a brief visit to stick our toes in the sand while Daddy negotiated for his new (used) car. Considering how close we are to the beach, we don't go nearly often enough. I used to spend every weekend in the sand before having kiddos. But, it's not as easy when you have to pack up half the house to spend the day there.

I snapped a few selfies. Still hate photos of myself but I'm trying to get more comfortable with them. It helps a lot to hide behind the camera, ha ha.

I replanted our window boxes and planters. They were looking pretty scraggly,
but now look fresh and colorful.

My younger sister's engagement party was last weekend and I spent some time with these crazy kids - My stepdad, mom, niece, and two sisters <3

We also had a little going away party for my 7 year olds' best friends. They live just a few houses down, but sadly, are moving away to Texas. These cuties have been besties for the past 4 years.

You should've done a selfie ON the beach! hehe I kid! But I wish we lived near the beach!! Where are the moving to in Texas? Which part. I know, it's huge. I live in deep East Texas. Beautiful shots! Looks like a pretty good week!

All such wonderful shots! I love the beach perspective - from the ground is one of my favourite perspectives! I get some interesting looks when I get down low for a shot like that!!
