We had a visitor the other day. I heard the kids yelling for me to grab my camera so I came running. Fortunately this guy was willing to stick around for a few shots. Dragonflies are so cool.

These are honestly some of your best shots. There is so much softness, but detail at the same time, and the colors in the background just feel like a dream. That is when it is a good capture, when you literally feel like you're in the photo. Love Dragonflies...our late pup loved them too, they always always remind me of him!♥

There's so many things to comment on in all of your photos but I have to say the details of the wings in your last shot is just incredible.
These are such great captures! I'm not going to lie, though, those extreme close-ups give me the willies a little ;o) It's the BIG bug eyes that freak me out a little!
