We took another hike. This time we drove out to the country and hiked a trail through the woods with my daughter's Girl Scout Troop. I'm the troop's momtographer and was loving the scenery! Since I don't have permission to post pics of the other kids though, I thought I'd just share a few of my favorite "non-scout' captures from our outing.
Autumn was certainly out in all her glory!
We saw many golden fields of soybeans.
We walked along long bridges over the Pagan River.
I just loved the way some of the tree branches stretch and curve.
Mr. Man resting his tired piggies.

It was a gorgeous warm Fall day. Though I had woken up tired with an aching back, and thought about not going, in the end I was really glad we made the drive and did the hike. It was in a beautiful location we had never been to see and I'm thankful we didn't miss it. We plan to go back soon and take the hubs with us.
Linking up at Paper Heart Mama today. Pop over for more Fall photo fun.
