The other day at the soccer fields, I was practicing shooting portraits of the kids. There was a great breeze and the sun was setting. I love the way this picture of my older daughter came out. I think it really captured her mood in the quiet moment as she was playing by herself and picking dandelions. In the past year she's become much more independent. The more I take pictures of her, the more I see glimpses of the young woman to be.
